What are some websites that feature legitimate work from home job listings?

Saturday, February 28th, 2009

I'm looking for a job that I can do either as a full-time employee or independent contractor from home. Unfortunately, the majority of the listings I see of work from home jobs are scams (stuffing envelopes, etc). I need something that is serious, professional, and that can earn me a decent salary.

WelI I actually take surveys for cash. And yes they do pay as long as you know the good ones. I have some free survey sites that are very reliable just check out my profile by clicking my name or email me for them. I only give sites that I've been paid by so you won't get scammed. They're all reliable and I've never had a problem with them. (I've been doing them for a year now) The best part is that anyone can do them and they're easy. You won't get rich but they definitely help with bills :)

What are good ways to make money online?

Saturday, February 28th, 2009

If you know of any ways to make money online, please share (and include links if you have one). Thanks!

Well I have tried numerous money making online sites, and doing surveys, as I have 3 kids and really I just wanted to spend more time with them, but without much luck as some of them are really just a waste of time and money.

Recently though my co worker found this site and we recently just joined, the site is www.ICanBeFreeFinancially.com. I have seen this on CNN, CNBC, Fox News, Readers Digest etc..

Its basically a step by step guide on how to make money online, with the least amount of effort. They are mostly video tutorials which is very easy to follow than the others I have joined. You don't get books like other online money making guides which is good as it is so daunting to read.

It has so much resources, the guide is using the latest resources plus its very easy to learn, basically all of his guides are video base training so he actually shows you how he does it on the internet step by step. You do pay membership fee, but you have a money back guarantee for 60 days if you don't make money with his guide.

Well its only been a month my co worker and I have tried it so far so good, we've only managed to make $2000 for the month but I have to say his guide does work.

So don't bother trying to do surveys, or other money making schemes trust me I've done it all.
Just have a look and give it a try, hope this helps you out.

What is the best way to invest for a new entrepreneur?

Saturday, February 28th, 2009

I have a year old business that is doing well. Now I want to know the best way to invest some of the profits to reap tax benefits but also diversify to cover for kids, retirement and emergencies.

For tax purposes, one of the best way is to open a Self Employment 401K especially if you are running a one person business (or a husband and wife). This is a special type of 401(K) plan is now available to self-employed individuals and owner-owned businesses.

The Self Employment 401(K) plan allows a self-employed individual or business owners with no employees other than a spouse to open and contribute to a Self-Employed 401(k) plan and receive a tax break from the contributions.

It allows you to substantially reduce your current income taxes because generally, you can deduct the entire amount of your plan contributions from your taxable income each year.

Some self employment 401K plans even allow for reinvestment into real estate though some plan providers such as Fidelity does not allow real estate investments.

How can i find a home based business at home that is not a rip-off and make money immediately ?

Saturday, February 28th, 2009

Also how can the home based business pay immediately, Do E-bay pay immediately?

A home-based business is the same as any other business. That is to say, it's hard. Hard to make a profit. Lots of work.
No easy money or sure things. I'm sure you'll get lots of scammers who'll want you to sign up for their MLMs. Don't do it. You can find something, but be realistic. It's not easy.

DataEntryMadeEasy.com is this a legitimate site to make money from home?

Saturday, February 28th, 2009

I have read that almost all work at home sites are scam but I found a website that reviewed this program and they say it is legal. You pay with paypal to join so you don't have to worry about them taking all the money in your bank account but even if they say I can make 100$-$200 a day from home I think it seems to easy. Has anyone tried this or another data entry site that is legitimate?

Something to keep in mind…who's to say that the owner of the DataEntryMadeEasy.com website isn't the owner of the website you found?

Another thing to keep in mind, would you pay a potential employer to apply for a job?

Usually these types of sites make their money from your application fee.

Check out this site I found stating that the site you are considering is a scam:

Hope this helps!

DOES ANYONE KNOW how to start an ADSENSE WEBSITE?

Saturday, February 28th, 2009

I have completely no idea how to start, and i have been going to websites for hours, for a complete guide on how to start one, but its either you have to pay, or it doesn't give enough info. I want to become series with adsense, but i only want it to be a side job. I dont even have my own website. My email is filled with all this junk mail on how to start adsense, but gives no help at all. i am on a real tight budget, and i have to pay bills, loans… i need to know how to start my own website, domain, and adsense without spending a dollar. i am also confused with the taxes on adsense. I didnt even pay google to start adsense. please help.

Adsense is not something that you start a website for. They are little ads that you put on the website you already have. I have them on my blogger blog, they are everywhere, Whenever you see the words 'ads by google' thats an adsense ad. You get paid when people who visit your site click on them. But to make any money off them you need hundreds of clicks a day. You cannot hope to make a living off them unless you have a hugely popular website.

How do you find companies that are hiring people who work from home?

Thursday, February 26th, 2009

I'm looking to work from home. I want to work for a REAL company. I've been hearing on the local news latley about people working from home. I tried finding a company that offers it, but haven't had any luck. Do any of you work from home? If so how did you do it.

http://safesurveysites.com Its what I do and it's worked out pretty well. What you have to do is complete surveys and offers for companies that want the public's opinion. No payment from you is ever required, not to sign up, not EVER.

The sites don't get paid directly from you, but when you complete an offer or survey, they also get paid a small portion of what you earned yourself. For example, if you complete a survey about computers let's say, you would earn maybe $2 and the web site itself would recieve $0.50 from the company also for getting you to complete the survey. These surveys take little time at all, most taking up less than even 1 or 2 minutes of your time.

They don’t need any information other than your name, email address and your home address. Yup, that is all. No credit card information, no banking information, nothing like that. All they require is your name and address so that your cheque can be sent to your home every month.

Personally I have been a member of these websites, along with thousands of other satisfied users, for approximately 1.5 years now and have earned well over $8600 by working in my spare time. This web site has been great to me, also the members and administrator are very friendly, and are always there to help you with a question or problem you may be having. I give you my word that they pay.

What is a good way to make money online short term?

Thursday, February 26th, 2009

I will be laid up for 6 - 8 months from back surgery and I need to make money online. About $4000/month. I do not have time for a business to build up. It needs to be more immediate. I do not have any extra money. Please let me know your suggestions. Please, no MLM. It must br internet based.

Thanks for your feedback.

Unfortunately, there is no good way for the average person to make money on line. In general, almost all money making sites on the web are scams. Under no circumstances should you give any money making site your credit card number. Never sign up for any "free" service that is free for one month and then you have to cancel it to avoid credit card charges. You will find it very hard to cancel. The phone number they give you to cancel may always be busy, so you can't cancel. They will often charge your credit card even after you think you have cancelled. Never give a survey site your bank account number or personal information.

Many sites claim you can make money by filling out surveys or clicking on ads or some other silly method. They screw you around answering some surveys and then try to push the "free" offers that you have to charge to your credit card. One common trick they play is that they let you make 5-10 dollars easiliy. But their website rules say you have to earn 40 dollars before they send you a check. To make the extra money you have to participate in "free" offers. I have played aroung on some of these sites and it always come down to them wanting to get your credit card number in the end. Don't let them.

You will find many people on the web that claim they made a lot of money at such-and-such a website. They are usually liars trying to make money. For instance they will say: "Go to cashcrap.com/q2347." The "q2347" is a signal to the Cashcrap site that you are being referred to them by "q2347." If they sucker money out of you, "q2347" gets a kickback. These coded signals can be hidden by different methods in the link.

Note that I say there is no good way for the AVERAGE person to make money on the internet. If you are not average, and have some special skill, you can make money. If you are good at selling things, try selling things on E-bay. If you are good at writing, set up a blog or other site and sell ads. If you are good at computer programming, try setting up a site that uses your skills. Since I don't know what special skills you have, I have a hard time advising you on this.
However, if you go to a site that claims ANYBODY can make money, it is usually a scam

How will Google AdSense use my home address?

Thursday, February 26th, 2009

When I sign up for Google AdSense, I have to give my home adress.
How will Google use this address? Will they only send checks or also a "start up"-mail? Or do they not use it at all?

Google will use your address to:

- send your PIN to confirm your account so you can get paid

- send your checks if you have agreed to receive your payment via checks

- identification of your account, and that means if your account is banned, no one else from that address can open an Adsense account because of affinity to your banned account

- Google sends either Christmas cards and/or gifts during Christmas to select Adsense publishers - one time it was a techies kit (USB, mouse, etc); one time it was a radio mood light; one time it was a digital frame.
